Welcome to YusMe! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the YusMe mobile application ("App") and the services provided by YusMe ("we," "us," or "our"). Connects customers with skilled and unskilled service providers (e.g., cleaners, cooks, carpenters, drivers, painters, etc.).
- Service Bidding:
Customers can post service requests, and service providers can bid on these requests.
- Mobile Data and Airtime Sales:
Customers can purchase mobile data and airtime directly through the App.
- Gift Card Sales:
Customers can buy gift cards for various services and retailers.
- Blogging Platform:
Service providers can create and share blog posts about their skills, experiences, and jobs.

3. User Responsibilities
For Customers:
- You agree to provide accurate information about the services you require or the products you wish to purchase (e.g., mobile data, airtime, gift cards).
- When posting a service request, you must provide clear and detailed descriptions of the service needed.
- You are responsible for paying for services rendered or products purchased in accordance with the agreed terms.
- You agree to treat service providers with respect and professionalism.
For Service Providers:
- You agree to provide accurate information about your skills, experience, and availability.
- When bidding on service requests, you must provide clear and competitive offers.
- You are responsible for the quality of the services you provide and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You agree to communicate professionally and promptly with customers.
- If you use the blogging feature, you agree to post only original, accurate, and non-defamatory content related to your skills and experiences.

4. Payments and Fees
- YusMe may charge a service fee for transactions conducted through the App, including service bookings, mobile data/airtime purchases, and gift card sales. These fees will be clearly communicated to users.
- Payments must be made through the approved payment methods provided in the App.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be handled in accordance with YusMe's refund policy.

5. Service Bidding
- Customers can post service requests, and service providers can submit bids for these requests.
- Customers are not obligated to accept any bid and may choose the service provider that best meets their needs.
- Once a bid is accepted, both parties are expected to honor the agreed terms, including pricing, timelines, and scope of work.

6. Blogging Platform
- Service providers can use the blogging feature to share insights, tips, and experiences related to their skills and jobs.
- Blog posts must not contain offensive, defamatory, or misleading content.
- YusMe reserves the right to remove any blog posts that violate these Terms or our community guidelines.

7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
- Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or intentions.
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
- Engage in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to fake service requests, bids, or product purchases.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with the App are the property of YusMe or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content from the App without prior written permission.

YusMe is not responsible for:
- The quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by users.
- Any disputes between service providers and customers.
- Any damages or losses resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to mobile data/airtime purchases, gift card sales, or services rendered.

10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between users, YusMe encourages parties to resolve the issue amicably. If necessary, disputes may be escalated to local authorities or resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Cameroon.

YusMe reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.
