General Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment Terms:  YusMe provides ESCROW WALLET SERVICES to ensure a good job is done before pay is activated. But we will not account for personal Negotiations.

  2. Term of the Agreement: The Client must clearly state what he or she wants and the Service provider if he or she accepts, Must carry out Job accordingly

  3. Confidentiality: Confidential information shared between the parties during the engagement must be kept confidential.

  4. Representations and Warranties: YusMe team is always here to investigate in case of any problems with a Job.

  5. Termination: Only the Service provider can terminate A job once in progress in a case where He/She cannot do the Job. And if A client will like to Terminate a job, The client must contact the service provider for negotiations.

  6. Liability: Unqualified service providers will be held Liable for destruction of property if after investigation is found guilty of not properly doing a job as per customers specification. 

Payments:  All Payments shall be Held on the app until the Job or service is finished so as to ensure a good job

Dispute Resolution: All Disputes should be reported to the admin through the email. support@yus-me.com

For Service Providers:

  1. Eligibility: Some providers of Studied professions may need to provide further verification like a certificate of completion for the particular Job or Service to validate eligibility.

  2. Service Level Agreement (SLA): Be 100% sure you can do a job or provide a service before accepting to provide a service as any destruction of property during Job or Service provision will lead to loss of account and Blacklisting.

  3. Payment: All payments shall be confirmed and paid to the service provider after customer satisfaction.

  4. Termination: Service provider can terminate a contract if clients change His/Her mind or if the said job was not properly explained and the service provider is not up to task.
